SPRING CLEAN-UP:
PELLET LIME: (Spring And Fall)

Scheduled for the same day each week or bi-weekly using commercial grade mowers & mowed to 2 1/4-2 3/4 . All borders, trees, buildings will be trimmed with a weed whacker. All sidewalk and deck are blown off . Debris from the above will be placed in bags
Dethatching turf areas. Allowing the grass to recover from winter. Hand raking and/or use of a turf vac to remove smaller debris. Use of back pack blowers as needed. Debris is bagged and placed at the end of your driveway or can be removed for an additional fee. We can also clean up other parts of your property such as beds, trees, and other requests.
The amount of lime applied will be determined by the pH level of your soil. If the pH level is between 6.0 -7.0, 
no lime will be applied. Should your lawn require more than two bags, you will be contacted by phone for your approval. We recommend two treatment each year. Spring and fall. $50.00 PER 50lbs applied

FALL CLEAN-UP:
Preparing Property for winter months
Lawn mowing at 1.5" (Shorter cut to prevent winter matting)
Leaf blowing/raking (lawn, landscapes, walkways, and drives).
Bagging of fall debris We can also clean up other parts of your property such as beds, trees, and other request
LAWN EDGING:
We will use a motorized edger that cuts the sod back to the edge of your concrete border.
Bag debris on the curb and place in trash bags.
If you have not had this service in the last year and have a concrete edge / curb, your lawn without a doubt needs it. When done it leaves a sharp line delineating your lawn from your curb. It looks great and you will thank yourself every time you drive home.

Exterior windows cleaned using the following: 1. Cleaning solution 2. Razor blade scraper 3. Scrubbers 4. Squeegees 5. Towels used to clean the debris off the windowsill. The charge for windows is based on a per windows basis. The average window cost $10.00
